Repair center
Our experienced technicians are able to service or repair most analog (cassette based) dictation/ transcription equipment. We also accept many digital products, such as Dictaphone C-Phones, DAC telephony stations and certain portable voice recorders.
We recommend that you contact us prior to shipping in any equipment to verify we can service your make and model. Parts for some older models are no longer available.

Rates starting at:
$69 for the first 1/2 hour and $20 for each additional 1/2 hour*
*Plus parts. We can provide free estimates before repair.
Digital Equipment In Shop:
$110.00 minimum charge covers the first 1 hour of labor
$55.00 per each additional half hour ($110.00 every hour after the 1st).
*The cost of parts are in addition to the above labor cost
